In order to qualify as a Sales Manager, the agent will have a minimum of $15,000 Issued Paid Business and 1 qualified Equis Representative.

In order to qualify as a Senior Sales Manager, the agent will have a minimum of $25,000 Issued Paid Business and 1 qualified Equis Representative.


In order to qualify as a District Manager, the agent will have a minimum of $35,000 Issued Paid Business and 1 qualified Equis Representative.
