LYNCHBURG, VA - May 8, 2021 - Equis Financial is excited to announce the promotions of two National Managers and three Regional Managers. These managers stayed hungry and humble while fighting to achieve their new title!
Rich Gale – National Manager
Rich started with Equis in 2017 and knew he wanted to begin building his own business. Once becoming a Regional Manager, he joined the Builders' Boost Program and established a Brick and Mortar office. Rich has now secured the title of National Manager after having a minimum of $75,000 APV and 15 Unique Writers for two consecutive months!
Robert Balgac – National Manager
Robert, better known as "The Zookeeper", has taken a unique data-driven approach to his business which has been advantageous, to say the least! He started with Equis in 2017 primarily as a personal producer until he realized the benefits of building a team. He became a Silver Elite Producer, a Regional Manager, a Builders' Boost Recipient, has his own Brick and Mortar office, and has now achieved National Manager status!
Chris Tinsman – Regional Manager
Chris is continuously leading from the front and has achieved many milestones during her time at Equis as both a producer and a builder. Her entrepreneur motivation has her determined to serve her community and help protect as many families as she can. Chris has big goals and we have no doubt she will achieve them all!
Heather Owens – Regional Manager
Heather joined Equis in 2018 and quickly earned her first title as an Ignite Award Winner and later earned the title of Silver Elite Producer. She made the decision to start building a team and hasn’t looked back since! Heather has now earned her most recent promotion to Regional Manager!
Brandon Clarke – Regional Manager
Brandon left his job as a dental office manager and became a part of Equis Nation in 2017 as a personal producer! He has passed the point of quadrupling his old salary! He is dedicated to helping families and first earned the title of Platinum Elite Producer. Once Brandon decided to begin building his own business, he exceeded all expectations and has now reached the promotion to Regional Manager!

In order to qualify as a National Manager, the agent will have a minimum of $75,000 Issued Paid Business and 15 qualified Unique Writers for two consecutive months.
In order to qualify as a Regional Manager, the agent will have a minimum of $50,000 Issued Paid Business and 10 qualified Unique Writers for two consecutive months.
