LYNCHBURG, VA - November 20, 2020 - Equis Financial is excited to announce the promotions of two Regional Managers, two National Manager Teams, and two National Marketing Director Teams. These managers stayed hungry and humble while fighting to achieve their new titles!
Patrick DiLorenzo – Regional Manager
Patrick DiLorenzo started with Equis in May of 2017. He has continuously worked hard and achieved the title of Regional Manager in October of 2020!
Randy Hinderer – Regional Manager
Randy Hinderer started with Equis in July of 2017. Throughout his time with Equis he has climbed up the ranks and attained the title of Regional Manager in October of 2020!
Michael & Tanya Hughes – National Managers
Michael and Tanya Hughes started with Equis in December of 2015 and quickly achieved Ignite Award Winner status. They continued working hard and later achieved Regional Manager status in July 2019 and Diamond Elite Producer status in June of 2019! Together, Michael and Tanya have opened their own office in Texas and achieved the title of National Managers in October of 2020!
Jamie Trent – National Manager
Jamie Trent started with Equis in February of 2017 and achieved the title of Ignite Award Winner. He has continued to have substantial growth within this business qualifying as a Platinum Elite Producer in December of 2019. Just recently, Jamie was awarded another title as a National Manager in October of 2020 after becoming a Regional Manager in May 2020.
Jerrod Ewing – National Marketing Director
Jerrod Ewing started with Equis in December of 2015 and has been one of the top agency builders at Equis. Throughout his years at Equis, Jerrod has continued to achieve new promotions, with his most recent being to National Marketing Director in October of 2020.
Scott & Kimberly Rumbo – National Marketing Directors Scott and Kimberly Rumbo started with Equis in December of 2015. They have continued to work hard and grow an incredible business. Achieving their new title as National Marketing Directors goes to show their dedication building a successful business.
In order to qualify as a Regional Manager, the agent will have a minimum of $50,000 Issued Paid Business and 10 qualified Unique Writers for two consecutive months.
In order to qualify as a National Manager, the agent will have a minimum of $75,000 Issued Paid Business and 15 qualified Unique Writers for two consecutive months.
In order to qualify as a National Marketing Director, the agent will have a minimum of $250,000 Issued Paid Business and three Regional Managers for two consecutive months.
