In order to qualify as a Sales Manager, the agent will have a minimum of $12,000 Issued Paid Business and 3 qualified Equis Representatives.
In order to qualify as a Senior Sales Manager, the agent will have a minimum of $16,000 Issued Paid Business and 5 qualified Equis Representatives.
In order to qualify as a District Manager, the agent will have a minimum of $25,000 Issued Paid Business and 7 qualified Equis Representatives for two consecutive months.
