The Gold Standard Tour is coming to Phoenix next week, and it’s more than just another meeting — it’s where real growth happens. Whether you’re brand-new to the business or aiming to take your agency to the next level, this is the kind of environment that creates momentum.

But here’s the thing: just showing up isn’t the same as fully engaging.

If you want to leave Phoenix with more than a notebook full of ideas, make sure you’re doing these five things:

1. Join Us for Coffee, Carriers & Connections

Before the sessions start on Thursday and Friday, we’ve built in designated time to help you connect with other agents, meet carrier reps, and build relationships that last beyond the event. This is where some of the most valuable conversations happen — don’t miss it.

Tip: Step outside your comfort zone and introduce yourself to someone new. Ask what’s working for them — you never know what insight could help move your business forward.

2. Participate in Panel Q&A

Our top producers and managers will be on stage sharing what’s working in today’s market. But the real value comes when you engage. Be ready with questions during panel sessions — this is your opportunity to get direct insight from people actively doing what you’re working toward.

Tip: Come with 1–2 questions specific to your current challenges. Keep it clear and focused so you can walk away with actionable answers.

3. Take Notes You’ll Use

You’re going to hear a lot of great content, but what matters most is what you apply. Don’t just write things down to write them down. Focus on ideas you can implement immediately: technology tips, recruiting language, and ways to stay consistent.

Tip: Before you leave each day, highlight your top three takeaways. Use those to guide your activity next week.

4. Document the Experience

Take a photo with your team. Snap a pic of your favorite quote from the day. Post a highlight on your story. These moments matter — and sharing them helps you stay accountable, build credibility, and show others you’re serious about your business.

Tip: Tag @EquisFinancial and use #GoldStandardTour so we can follow along and celebrate with you.

5. Leave With a Plan

Don’t wait until the ride home to start reflecting. Set aside a few minutes before you leave the event to map out what’s next. What are you going to implement immediately?

Tip: Write down three specific action steps, and assign deadlines to each one.

Be All In

The Gold Standard Tour is designed to give you the tools, clarity, and confidence to grow. But the agents who get the most out of it are the ones who show up ready — ready to engage, to ask, to connect, and to act.

So if you’re heading to Phoenix, show up all in. Let’s make this one count!
