Today, Dan is a Vice President at Equis Financial and CEO of Lambert Insurance Agency. He's a leader who has grown not just in title — but in impact. His story serves as a testament to what belief, perseverance, and the right opportunity can unlock.

Dan still remembers the very first incentive trip in 2017 — a Caribbean cruise filled with new experiences, new relationships, and a sense of belonging to something bigger than himself.
