Scott began his insurance career in 2013 as an independent producer focused on final expense solutions. From the very beginning, he was committed to learning the business the right way — by studying the craft, understanding industry best practices, and prioritizing meaningful mentorship.

That dedication to growth led Scott to launch DeLong Sales Group in 2015, building an agent-first platform centered on mentoring, support, and long-term success. His strong leadership and people-focused approach led him to become an Integrity Managing Partner in January 2022, a testament to the impact he has made within the industry.

What has stayed consistent through every chapter of Scott’s career is his commitment to helping agents take care of families — and to helping those same agents build stronger lives for themselves in the process.
